Women's Clothing Store
Updated January 9, 2022
We will be maintaining the following policies and procedures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic until further notice. Please read carefully:
We always want you to have a pleasant and relaxed shopping experience, and we take our responsibility to keep our customers and staff safe and well during this pandemic seriously. As a result, we have adapted our policies as a precaution against spreading Covid-19. We are firm believers that it is better to be safe than sorry! These policies are subject to change as warranted.
In an effort to protect everyone in our store, shoppers are required to wear face coverings while in the store. We are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
Symptoms of Illness
If you are feeling ill or have any symptoms such as sniffling, sneezing, or coughing, or if you are running a fever, we politely ask that you not enter our store. We will ensure that our employees are well as they assist you.
Please keep a safe social distance from other shoppers. The layout of our store does not allow for exactly 6 feet apart in all areas, but we suggest that there be no more than one person shopping from a rack at a time.
We request that you not bring children into the store until further notice unless they are restrained by a stroller or other baby carrier. If you must bring in an older child, we ask that you keep them closely supervised and prevent them from touching store merchandise.
We are providing Hand Sanitizer Stations throughout the store. Feel free to utilize them. Our employees will be regularly washing and/or sanitizing their hands.
As you may know, some stores are not allowing shoppers to use fitting rooms. We feel strongly that our shoppers should have the opportunity to try on items that they wish to purchase. We will be regularly disinfecting our fitting rooms to ensure your safety. As always, all sales are final, so we encourage you to make use of our fitting rooms.
Extra Cleaning and Disinfecting
We will be chemically disinfecting high-touch surfaces such as door handles, counter tops, fitting rooms, and credit card machines throughout the day.
When Bringing Clothes to Sell
We have always strived to purchase only high quality items that are clean and ready to resell; however, in light of the current situation, we will be even more selective than before in order to ensure the health and safety of our staff and customers.
All clothes must be freshly washed and thoroughly dried. They must be free of wrinkles, pet dander, and smoke, pet, or musty smells.
As before, we will ask you to remain in the store while we evaluate your items. Please practice social distancing as you wait.
Please review the "SELL CLOTHES FOR CASH" tab on this website for a full list of our clothes-buying policies.
We sincerely thank you for supporting our small business, and we will do everything in our power to provide a safe and comfortable environment for you. Should you have questions or concerns regarding our practices, please do not hesitate to contact a staff member. We are all adapting to this “new normal” and appreciate your feedback so that we may make improvements as needed.
